Booking details:

We will do everything we can to accommodate any food allergies your guests may have.  Please try to notify us as early as possible, if this becomes necessary.

Staffing charges may apply.

These menu suggestions are to include a buffet style service of your meal. 

Pricing will include clearing and crating of dinner dishes to the best of our abilities. 

Our pricing does not include rental or set up of dishware, glassware, linens etc.

We will be happy to offer you phone numbers of local rental companies, but we do not do rentals. 

You must negotiate directly with your chosen rental company.

Set up charges must be negotiated. 

We require a 20 x 20 kitchen tent, with sides for all outdoor weddings.

These menus are based on a minimum of 50 guests.  Anything booked below that number would be subject to a staffing and labour surcharge. 

Please note that all food choices are subject to acceptable cooking & serving conditions.

Prices are subject to change without notice.  However, once a price has been agreed upon and a deposit has been made, there will be no price changes.

Please note that all prices are subject to applicable taxes and do not include gratuities.
We require a deposit of 25% to consider a booking firm.  The balance of your bill will be due two weeks prior to your function and we will require a valid credit card number at that time.

If you choose to cancel your function after a deposit has been made, ½ of your deposit will be retained for time already invested on your behalf.

  • If you choose to cancel up to one month before your booked date, your entire deposit will be retained to cover work already done on your behalf, as well as that date being secured for you.
  • Please note that none of our staff are licensed to handle alcohol. 
  • This rule will be followed without exception.
